Drawing on the distinctive features of hospital organizational structures, he delivered a special lecture to senior and mid-level managers and key departmental leaders at Nanjing Zijin Hospital, focusing on “Cultivating Exceptional Leadership in the New Era and Enhancing Effective Execution.” The entire afternoon-long session was not only engaging and entertaining but also profoundly thought‑provoking.
