To further advance the hospital’s professional conduct and ethical standards, solicit broad input from all sectors of society, and use this feedback as a driving force to continuously enhance the quality of medical care and services, thereby steadily improving satisfaction among the public and our patients, Nanjing Zijin Hospital convened a 2024 symposium for its Professional Conduct Supervisors on the morning of March 2. Supervisors representing various industries and professions, along with family members of patients, were invited to attend. Hospital leadership and heads of relevant functional departments also participated in the meeting.

Dean Ge Jiangping, on behalf of Nanjing Zijin Hospital, extended a warm welcome and heartfelt gratitude to all the hospital‑style‑of‑work supervisors, and engaged in an exchange with them on matters related to the hospital’s efforts to foster a sound professional ethos.

They also offered candid opinions and constructive suggestions for the hospital’s ongoing development and improvement.
