According to the Jiangsu Provincial Health Commission, Nanjing Zijin Hospital and Kunshan Rehabilitation Hospital have passed on-site inspections and have officially been accredited as Level‑III rehabilitation hospitals. Nanjing Zijin Hospital has thus become the first Level‑III rehabilitation hospital in Nanjing.

Nanjing Zijin Hospital has been upgraded to a Grade III rehabilitation hospital.

Recently, the Jiangsu Provincial Health Commission issued a document designating Nanjing Zijin Hospital and one other hospital as tertiary rehabilitation hospitals, bringing them under the management framework of tertiary hospitals. As a result, Nanjing Zijin Hospital has become the first tertiary rehabilitation hospital in Nanjing.
