At around 3:00 p.m., Vice President Gao Zhiqiang announced the official commencement of the 2021 Summary and Awards Ceremony, and all attendees rose to sing the hospital anthem. The ceremony opened with a resolute and powerful chorus.
Dean Ge Jiangping delivered the “2021 Work Summary Report of Nanjing Zijin Hospital,” providing a comprehensive review and summary of all activities undertaken in 2021. She emphasized that, throughout the year, all staff members at Nanjing Zijin Hospital worked in unison, courageously rising to challenges. By taking the implementation of the Private Hospital Management Year initiatives as a key driver, the hospital steadfastly advanced its efforts toward refined management, accomplished numerous significant milestones, and celebrated many joyful achievements—yielding abundant results through dedicated hard work and laying the groundwork for a new era of prosperity since the hospital’s founding.
She stated that in 2022, Nanjing Zijin Hospital will celebrate its 35th anniversary. The hospital will continue to strengthen all aspects of its operations, aligning with the Private Hospital Management Year initiative to advance substantive development and continuously enhance both medical quality and management standards; bolster talent development by increasing the proportion of mid‑level and senior professional staff; intensify investments in both hardware and software to improve the patient experience; vigorously pursue scientific research and launch new projects; and actively organize or participate in public‑welfare and charitable activities, thereby assuming greater social responsibility.
Vice President Wang Yifang read out the “Decision of Nanjing Zijin Hospital on Commending Outstanding Units and Individuals for 2021” and the “Notice on Performance Assessment Rewards and Penalties for the Second Half of 2021,” extending congratulations to those recognized and calling on all hospital staff to learn from them.
