The hospital has always upheld the compassionate spirit of healers, and in 2025 will organize two community free‑clinic events, held in spring and autumn, bringing professional medical services right to people’s doorsteps. In terms of social responsibility, it has consistently hosted mass blood‑donation drives each year, with total donations reaching a record high, thereby demonstrating the sense of national commitment and civic duty characteristic of non‑public medical institutions.

Quality and Safety: Fine-Grained Management Yields Results
Medical quality has achieved a leap‑forward improvement: the total number of inpatient admissions and outpatient visits increased year over year, with hyperbaric oxygen therapy administered to more than 61,200 patients. In terms of medical record quality control, nearly 3,000 records were reviewed, and the rate of Grade A medical records has steadily risen. Overall patient satisfaction among discharged patients reached 97.1%, earning the hospital 109 banners of appreciation and 84 letters of gratitude.
Innovative Breakthroughs: Significant Enhancement of Industry Standing
On April 27, 2025, the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Professional Committee of the China Association of Private Medical Institutions was established at Nanjing Zijin Hospital, with our hospital serving as the national leading institution in the private-sector hyperbaric oxygen therapy field. Our academic and research achievements have been substantial: we successfully secured approval for one national-level, two provincial-level, and two municipal-level continuing education projects; our medical and nursing staff have won awards a total of 34 times in national competitions; and the “CNCRS” scale has entered the multi-center validation phase, making its debut at an international rehabilitation conference and ushering in a new chapter of international collaboration.

Collaborative Ecosystem: Integration and Empowerment to Forge a New Landscape
The hospital is actively expanding its medical collaboration network, establishing two-way referral mechanisms with public hospitals and community health centers; strengthening partnerships with academic institutions to cultivate a pool of highly qualified professionals; setting up four specialized sub‑centers, including an “Coma Awakening Center” to advance the in-depth development of key disciplines; and innovatively implementing a VRG end-to-end management system to enable real-time monitoring of rehabilitation costs.
Party Building as a Guiding Force and Supporting Guarantee
The Party branch has established the “Medical Heart, Medical Intention” brand of Party building, fostering deep integration between Party work and clinical practice. Party members take the lead in activities such as free medical consultations and quality‑improvement initiatives, while six key support systems—information technology, logistics, hospital infection control, medical devices and pharmaceuticals, legal affairs, and finance and medical insurance—work in concert to provide robust backing.

Brand culture unites and drives collective strength.
