On March 29, 2014, the launch ceremony for the international research project on the CNPVS–2011/CRS-R standard for Chinese brain resuscitation was successfully held at the Lijin Garden Hotel, located on the banks of Yueya Lake in Nanjing.

　　More than 20 renowned brain science experts and professors from five provinces and municipalities across the country have gathered here.

　　Wang Peidong, Director of the China Brain Resuscitation Center and President of Nanjing Zijin Hospital, delivered a keynote address; Professor Wang Yitang, Distinguished Lifetime Professor at Nanjing Medical University, also spoke; and a representative from the Medical Administration Division of the Nanjing Municipal Health Bureau addressed the audience.
