On October 16, 2015, the 24th National Conference on Hyperbaric Oxygen Medicine of the Chinese Medical Association was held in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, with over 500 scholars from both sides of the Taiwan Strait in attendance.

　　Dean Wang Peidong chaired the academic forum of the Brain Resuscitation Professional Committee of the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Branch of the Chinese Medical Association. Professor Shao Weibo delivered a special lecture titled “The Application of Appropriate Rehabilitation Modalities in Brain Resuscitation,” and approximately 70 delegates participated in the panel discussion, filling the venue to capacity. Attendees engaged in lively exchanges and mutual learning, fostering a vibrant academic atmosphere. Meanwhile, Director Wang Xia of the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Department presented her paper, “Efficacy Analysis and Risk Assessment of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy for Adult Patients with Hemorrhagic Moyamoya Disease,” which was showcased at the conference, underscoring our hospital’s standing and expertise in the field of brain resuscitation.
