2019 was designated as the “Year of Management” at Nanjing Zijin Hospital. One of the key objectives of this initiative was to strengthen learning and exchange through a “bring in, go out” approach, thereby enhancing the management team’s capabilities and driving continuous improvement in hospital administration.

On March 23, a visit and exchange program was launched. Ge Jiangping, President of Nanjing Zijin Hospital, together with Vice President for Clinical Affairs Gao Zhiqiang, led heads of several departments and key clinical physicians to Shanghai to tour two affiliated hospitals.
 

Shanghai Yongci Rehabilitation Hospital is a specialized rehabilitation hospital designed to meet the standards of a Grade III rehabilitation facility. The hospital integrates modern rehabilitation techniques with clinical and traditional medicine, offering highly detailed rehabilitation therapies and distinctive traditional Chinese medicine treatments.
 

Shanghai New Start Rehabilitation Hospital is a second-level specialized rehabilitation hospital that shares many similarities with Nanjing Zijin Hospital in terms of clinical specialties and management practices. The hospital’s leadership team exchanged experiences on various aspects, including ward management, with a delegation from Nanjing Zijin Hospital.
