In early November, Nanjing Zijin Hospital organized a delegation of more than 20 management personnel and key clinical staff to visit Japan, where they toured two representative medical institutions, gained insights into each hospital’s distinctive culture, and engaged in discussions and exchanges with their Japanese counterparts.
 

Under the umbrella of the “Giant Tree Association” Medical Group, there are more than twenty rehabilitation hospitals. Among them, the Koganei Rehabilitation Hospital, established in 2012, primarily admits patients in the post-acute rehabilitation phase and is one of Japan’s leading rehabilitation facilities.
 

The hospital warmly welcomed the delegation from Nanjing Zijin Hospital, organized them into groups to tour the various functional areas, and provided an overview of its distinctive management and operational practices.
