On the afternoon of April 23, Nanjing Zijin Hospital held a mobilization meeting for its key work priorities in 2020.
 

This meeting was originally scheduled to be held after the Spring Festival to lay out and mobilize efforts for the entire year, but it has been postponed until now due to the COVID‑19 pandemic. With epidemic prevention and control still ongoing, only a select group of managers and key personnel attended this session.
 

Dr. Ge Jiangping, President of Nanjing Zijin Hospital, outlined specific plans for the hospital’s key priorities in 2020, calling on all staff to take refined management as their guiding principle, continuously enhance medical quality and service standards, and boost operational efficiency. He also emphasized the need to further strengthen discipline development and academic research, build on existing strengths, and highlight the hospital’s distinctive brand identity; to upgrade infrastructure, optimize medical services, and improve working and learning conditions for employees. In addition, he laid out detailed arrangements for talent development, infection control, safety management, and cultural and branding initiatives.
