Employees of Nanjing Zijin Hospital have voluntarily donated to support the fight against the epidemic.
Recently, Nanjing Zijin Hospital has successively received donation receipts issued by its superior organizational authorities, as well as donation receipts mailed by the Municipal Charity Federation. These receipts all stem from donations made in early March by the hospital’s staff to support COVID‑19 prevention and control efforts.

This donation drive began a month ago, with all staff members voluntarily contributing a total of 29,900 yuan. Among them, six Party members and probationary Party members donated 3,500 yuan, which was forwarded through their superior Party organization, while the remaining 26,400 yuan was handed over to the Municipal Charity Federation for use in COVID‑19 prevention and control efforts.

Since the onset of the COVID‑19 pandemic, Nanjing Zijin Hospital has implemented rigorous prevention and control measures to safeguard the health of both inpatients and staff, while also proactively shouldering additional responsibilities. In early February, the hospital organized a mass blood drive to support the national fight against the epidemic, becoming the first healthcare institution in Nanjing to mobilize such a collective effort. At the same time, the hospital selected medical personnel to form a reserve team for Hubei, submitting letters of intent to higher authorities and standing ready to respond at a moment’s notice to provide critical care to patients.

In the campaign to support COVID-19 prevention and control, every donation—no matter how small—embodies compassion and care, coming together to form a great outpouring of solidarity in times of hardship.
