Recently, Nanjing Zijin Hospital received a letter of appreciation from the Office of the Nanjing Municipal Joint Conference on Voluntary Blood Donation.
 

In early February 2020, at a time when the COVID‑19 pandemic was at its most severe, our hospital learned of an acute shortage of blood supplies across the city and promptly organized a mass blood‑donation drive among its staff, becoming the first healthcare institution in Nanjing to mobilize such a collective effort following the outbreak.
