After more than a decade of treating tens of thousands of patients, in order to further enhance patient safety, Nanjing Zijin Hospital applied to replace the two existing single‑person hyperbaric chambers at its Jiangning campus, and successfully passed the acceptance inspection organized by the competent authorities in late April.
Recently, our hospital’s Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Center arranged for a group of staff members to participate in a trial chamber experience.


                                                                                 
                                                                                


      After numerous trials and evaluations, we have confirmed that the new single‑person hyperbaric chamber fully meets professional standards and can be used with confidence. Its reintroduction expands the range of hyperbaric oxygen therapy options, enabling us to meet the treatment needs of more patients and helping them embark on their recovery journey. For many years, our hospital has consistently ranked first in Nanjing in terms of annual patient admissions to its hyperbaric chambers. With the installation of this new chamber, our capacity to provide hyperbaric oxygen therapy will be further enhanced.
