The Zhejiang First Rehabilitation Medicine Specialist Alliance, spearheaded by the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine, is the province’s first specialized rehabilitation medicine alliance. Recently, Nanjing Zijin Hospital was invited to join, becoming one of the few rehabilitation hospitals outside Zhejiang Province among its members.

According to the introduction, the alliance is led by the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine, in collaboration with a number of large provincial general hospitals and specialized rehabilitation hospitals. Its aim is to foster in-depth cooperation within the alliance—through talent development, technical support, resource sharing, tiered diagnosis and treatment, and the construction of smart platforms—to promote the joint advancement of regional rehabilitation medicine.
