Nanjing Zijin Hospital has consistently regarded safety as the cornerstone of all its operations. Under the guidance of competent authorities at all levels, it has rigorously implemented safety management, assigned clear safety responsibilities, upgraded safety infrastructure, conducted regular safety training, and carried out continuous self-inspections and corrective actions to eliminate potential risks, thereby ensuring the hospital’s safe and stable operation and earning recognition from higher-level supervisory bodies.

Nanjing Zijin Hospital primarily admits patients requiring intensive rehabilitation, placing a heavy workload on its nursing team. Despite this, the all‑female nursing staff has risen to the challenge, prioritizing rigorous training in the “three fundamentals” to enhance their clinical skills. As a result, the incidence of adverse events has remained low, and they have consistently demonstrated exceptional competence in both major and minor emergency resuscitations, ensuring patient safety and achieving high levels of patient satisfaction.
