院长葛江平 led a delegation to Shenzhen and Foshan for an inspection and study tour.

From May 6 to May 8, Ge Jiangping, President of Nanjing Zijin Hospital, led a delegation of hospital administrators on a fact-finding tour to Shenzhen, Foshan, and other cities, where they studied and exchanged insights on cutting-edge practices in areas such as discipline development and the enhancement of service capabilities, seeking guidance for the hospital’s future growth.

At the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Department of Shenzhen People’s Hospital, Director Long Ying and her team warmly welcomed Dean Ge Jiangping and his delegation, providing a detailed overview of the department’s operations, its academic development, and its team-building efforts.

At Foshan Jianxiang Hospital, Ge Jiangping and his delegation gained an in-depth understanding of the hospital’s discipline development, brand management, and other aspects. The hospital’s extensive use of traditional Chinese medicine–based rehabilitation therapies left a profound impression on the group. Dean Long Xiangyu warmly shared valuable insights into the hospital’s efforts to strengthen its core competencies.

At Longcheng Hospital in Shenzhen, President Wang Yulin provided an overview of the development of the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine and the institution’s talent‑building efforts. He then led Ge Jiangping and his delegation on a tour of the department’s related clinical units. The two sides also engaged in discussions on topics such as rehabilitation hospital management.

Shenzhen stands at the forefront of reform and opening-up, achieving remarkable accomplishments through its spirit of “daring to lead the way” and its passionate commitment to “move forward—never look back.” The development of Nanjing Zijin Hospital likewise calls for this same ethos and sense of responsibility.

During this visit to Guangdong, the management team of Nanjing Zijin Hospital was deeply moved and resolved to vigorously advance discipline development, continuously strengthen academic and research endeavors, elevate the standardization, scientific rigor, and professionalism of hospital management, ensure medical quality and patient safety, and foster the hospital’s sustained, healthy, and compliant growth.
