Competitive recruitment for management positions boosts team vitality! On the afternoon of January 5, our hospital held a public presentation and interview session, conducting open recruitment for seven managerial posts, including the head therapist of the Rehabilitation Therapy Center.

　　In the lead-up to this competitive recruitment process, the hospital issued a public notice, and physicians and therapists from the Rehabilitation Therapy Center eagerly submitted their applications. A total of 14 qualified physicians and therapists advanced to the presentation and defense stage of the competition.

　　The competitive presentation consists of two parts: a formal speech and an on‑site Q&A session. During the speech, candidates outline their work achievements and personal strengths, while also sharing their plans for the future. They address current challenges—what problems have arisen in their roles? How can these be effectively resolved? And how can team cohesion be strengthened? Each candidate offers their own insights.

　　The Q&A session was even more gripping, with a steady stream of new, challenging, and wide-ranging questions, which the candidates generally handled with composure. Members of the selection committee scored each candidate based on their performance. In the end, the shortlisted candidates for seven positions were duly announced.
