On the afternoon of July 12, the Nanjing Municipal Health Commission organized and led a team of expert reviewers to our hospital to conduct a joint quality-control inspection for the first half of 2022.

　　Our hospital reported to the inspection team on its overall operational performance and medical quality management for the first half of 2022. The inspection team conducted a comprehensive and meticulous special review of the quality control units—including laboratory testing, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, hospital infection control, and consumable materials management—through on-site inspections, individual interviews, document reviews, and random audits of medical records and prescriptions.

　　During the inspection, experts from various disciplines commended our hospital’s quality‑control efforts while also offering guidance and recommendations to address certain shortcomings. President Ge Jiangping stated that our hospital will conduct comprehensive and thorough improvements in line with the inspection team’s observations and suggestions, thereby elevating our medical quality‑management practices to a new level.
