Labor creates happiness, and striving makes dreams come true. On the occasion of the 132nd International Labor Day, in order to further foster a culture of dedication and commitment throughout the hospital, our hospital solemnly held an awards ceremony on the afternoon of April 27 to recognize the Top Ten Employees for Their Dedication and Professionalism.

　　Since 2021, all staff members of our hospital have remained firmly focused on the overall work agenda, tackled challenges head-on, and, grounded in practical realities, devoted themselves to enhancing professional skills and optimizing management and services. Through arduous efforts, we have successfully achieved key objectives in the hospital’s construction and development, making significant contributions to advancing our institution’s bid to become a Grade III rehabilitation hospital, and recognizing a number of outstanding collectives and individuals.

　　The ten outstanding employees recognized for their dedication and commitment to their work come from the hospital’s most ordinary roles—rank-and-file frontline staff. Yet their diligent, unassuming efforts deserve to be seen and celebrated. At the awards ceremony, Hospital President Ge Jiangping expressed his earnest hopes, urging the honored individuals to cherish their accolades, stay true to themselves, and continue to lead by example, inspiring others with their drive, boldness, and perseverance. He encouraged all hospital staff to emulate these role models, strive for new achievements, and contribute their wisdom and strength to sustaining Nanjing Zijin Hospital’s rapid growth.
