On the afternoon of April 27, soothing voices filled the conference room at the Qinhuai Campus of Nanjing Zijin Hospital. Hospital President Ge Jiangping, department heads, and other medical and technical staff gathered to sing the hospital’s official anthem together.

　　As the hospital anthem faded out, the award ceremony for the “Top Ten Dedicated and Devoted Employees” officially began. This year’s selection was based primarily on each employee’s performance throughout 2022. Following departmental nominations and a comprehensive hospital-wide evaluation, the following “Top Ten Dedicated and Devoted Employees” were ultimately chosen:

　　They come from ordinary roles within the hospital—rank-and-file frontline staff—but their hard work is anything but ordinary, and their perseverance is truly extraordinary.

　　Following the presentation of certificates of honor and the gifting of flowers, Dean Ge Jiangping, while commending the awardees, expressed his earnest hopes that these exemplary individuals would continue to shine and excel in their roles, inspiring others with their enthusiasm, pioneering spirit, and dedication. He encouraged all hospital staff to set an example of professional commitment and devotion, strive to achieve new accomplishments, and contribute their wisdom and strength to Nanjing Zijin Hospital.
