Recently, our hospital has received numerous reports from the public alleging that individuals are soliciting patients with skin conditions under the guise of the “Dermatology Department of Nanjing Zijin Hospital.” Our hospital is a secondary-level rehabilitation facility, primarily engaged in the research, treatment, and rehabilitation of conditions resulting from cerebral resuscitation, spinal cord injury, and various ischemic‑hypoxic disorders; we do not operate a dermatology department. Any practice of recruiting patients in the name of the Dermatology Department of Nanjing Zijin Hospital constitutes an illegal act and is entirely unrelated to our hospital. We urge all patients with skin conditions to exercise due diligence and vigilance to avoid being deceived. Furthermore, certain small clinics have been employing “medical brokers” to lure patients by falsely invoking the Dermatology Department of Nanjing Zijin Hospital, thereby seriously infringing upon both our hospital’s legitimate rights and the lawful interests of those who have been misled. Our hospital reserves the right to pursue legal action against the parties responsible for these infringements.
