To effectively address the practical challenges patients encounter during their medical care, and to provide a more convenient appointment process, higher‑quality medical services, and a more comfortable clinical environment, Nanjing Zijin Hospital hereby publicly commits to six key initiatives:
I. Uphold the hospital’s motto of “Excellence, Sincerity, and Benevolence for Lasting Success,” treat patients as family, strengthen our service orientation, and firmly establish a patient-centered service philosophy.
II. Optimize service processes, implement patient-friendly measures, and reduce waiting times for registration, payment, examinations, and medication pickup.
III. Standardize clinical practice and adhere to the principle of individualized treatment, ensuring appropriate diagnosis, appropriate examinations, and appropriate medication based on the patient’s condition.

V. All complaints regarding medical services shall be addressed on the spot whenever possible; those requiring investigation and clarification shall be responded to within five working days.
VI. Strictly prohibit seeking personal gain through medical practice, and forbid accepting money, gifts, or invitations to meals from patients or their families.
